Yes! You can cancel it by clicking on the "CANCEL" button on the ACH transaction.
If you do not see the "CANCEL" button or it is not clickable this means the transfer has already been sent and you will not be able to cancel the transaction.
Unfortunately, PROFIT can't get involved in disputes between senders and recipients, so we recommend that you know and trust the person or business you are sending to before you initiate a transaction.
If you made the payment in error, we recommend reaching out to the receiving party and asking them to send the funds back to you.
