- You will receive status updates and be able to reach the support team through email.
- You will receive email notifications through every step of the way and to add additional comments, you can reply to the existing email thread.
- Additionally, if you have set up your account with Profit's Zendesk portal (you can do this here if you have not done it yet), you can go to your landing page > click on your profile on the top right corner > select "Requests" to track all your current and previously closed requests.
