You have two options for transferring funds out of your Profit account: ACH transfer or mailing a check.
1. ACH Transfer (Free of charge and can take upto 3 business days to be processed and credited to your account).
Use Profit’s Bill Pay feature to initiate a direct ACH transfer to your personal or business bank account:
- Navigate to: Toolbar > Bills > Payees > + Add New Payee
- Enter your details and check the box labeled “Add payee ACH or Wire details”
- Select “ACH payment” and input your bank account information
- After adding yourself as a payee, go to List of Payees
- Click the blue dotted button under the ACH column labeled “Enable”
- Once enabled, click the “ACH” button
- Select the "Pay From Account", complete the payment details, and confirm the transaction
- Review all information carefully to ensure timely and accurate delivery
- Click "Submit ACH Payment
2. Mail a Check (Free of charge and can take upto 7 to 10 business days to be delivered).
- Navigate to: Toolbar > Bills > Payees > + Add New Payee
- Enter your details
- After adding yourself as a payee, go to List of Payees
- Click the blue “Mail Check” button
- Select the Pay From Account, fill in the payment details, and confirm the delivery address
- Review the information carefully before submission
- Click "Submit Check Payment"
Note: Please verify that all information is accurate prior to submission, as any errors may cause delays or prevent successful delivery of your funds.
What happens if I don't take action to withdraw my funds?
If no action is taken to transfer the funds out of your Profit account, a check will be mailed to the registered address we have on file after the 30 day deadline (Saturday, May 31 at 11:59PM ET). Please note that the address on file cannot be updated or changed.
