What are approval rules? How do I set up approval rules?

Approval rules allow you to customize the approval process for bills, payments, and invoices.

You can set up approval rules to determine who needs to approve a bill, payment, or invoice and when they need to do so. To set up approval rules, go to the Approval Rules section of your account settings and follow the prompts.
