The following grouped list of permissions is available for the admin to use to assign to groups.
All of these are specific to the group and company.

General Permissions which includes permissions to setup the Account
- View and Manage permissions for Application Preferences
- Manage permissions for Team which allows the user to create user groups and invite team members
- View and Manage permissions for Approval Rules for Bills & Payments
- View and Manage permissions for Bank Account and the corresponding Dashboard
- View and Manage permissions for Accounting Software and the corresponding Dashboard
- Manage permissions for creating and managing the payment account.

Vault
- Manage permissions for the vault inbox which provides a unique email address for the vault. A user with this permission can access the inbox and categorize the emails received as bills and other document types.
- View and Manage permissions for vault documents and folders. This permission set allows the user to access the categorized documents inside the vault.
- Restricting to a document type - This permission is unique and it allows the group to access only certain document types inside the vault. The group needs to have manage documents permission before their access to any document type can be restricted.

Payables
- View and Manage permissions for Bills, Payments and Vendors
- Restrict to particular vendors - This permission is unique as once the user/user group is given this permission, the admin will then have to select a list of vendors to restrict to.

Receivables
- View and Manager permissions for Customers and Invoices.
- Restrict to particular customer - This permission is unique as once the user/user group is given this permission, the admin will then have to select a list of customers to restrict to.

Expense Cards
- View and Manage Credit Line Overview permission to access balances & statements related to the entire credit line.
- Manage Issue Expense Cards permission to allow the user to create virtual or physical cards and assign to a team member.
- View Expense Cards permission gives the user permission to the Expense Cards tab, by default it will give the user permission to view all expense cards. To restrict access of cards to only cards assigned to the user use the Restrict By option.
- Manage Terminate Expense Cards permission allows the user to terminate expense cards.
- View and Manage Spend Limit allows the user to view or manage the spend limit on an expense card.
- View and Manage Merchant Restrictions allows the user to view or manage the merchant restriction on an expense card.
- Restrict to particular users assigned cards. This permission restricts access of a team member to only access cards assigned to them. Restricting access to assigned cards will also apply to permissions for Spend Limit, Terminate and Merchant Restriction.
