Accepted Entity Types & Qualifications:
- Corporations, LLCs/LLPs, and Associations incorporated in the U.S. only
- Non-Profits and Sole Proprietors qualify for a Profit account on a case by case basis
- Business has been established for greater than 4 years
Authorized Individuals:
- Only business owners or authorized representatives can open a Profit account
Identity Verification:
- Owner SSN and business Tax ID number required for business verification
Document(s) Needed:
- Owner driver license (front & back)
- Business credit worthiness will be determined via a a third-party credit bureaus
Credit Line Greater than $100,000:
- Two full calendar years of financials
- 3 months of most recent bank statements
Credit line greater than $250,000. Additional Verification Needed:
- May require a 3rd party site visit (i.e. Truepic)
Card issuing services provided by Corpay. Most expense card applications are processed within 3 business days, as long as all required documentation is submitted accurately and on time. In cases where additional compliance or risk review is necessary, the process may take up to 21 business days. As part of the eligibility review, we will determine credit worthiness using Experian, Truepic, and other major credit bureaus or approved providers. To complete your application, you may be required to submit recent financial documents, including balance sheets, cash flow statements, and profit & loss statements.
