What expense controls can I put in place for the cards?

• Per-Card Spend Limit

  Set a maximum dollar amount the card can spend in each cycle—up to your overall Credit Account limit. Any transaction that exceeds either the individual card’s limit or the account’s total limit will be declined.

• Refresh Frequency 

  Choose how often that spend limit "resets" back to its full value: 

  • Daily
  • Weekly
  • Monthly 
  • Never Reset (This functionality means that the amount does not change based on a specific frequency, and will remain the same until updated) 

• Merchant-Category Restrictions (Optional) 

  Block or allow transactions based on merchant categories (MCCs). You can apply or update these restrictions at any time to control where the card can be used.

These controls help you ensure that each team member’s card is used only within predefined bounds and for intended purposes.
